The sun is finally shining!

The last week has been wonderful. The sun was shining for almost the whole week, we actually got out of the house and did some foraging and I finally feel like winter is behind me. It matters not that I am either coming down with a cold or hayfever, I am re-energised and ready to face the world once and for all!

The Little Happy Journal Live

Three things that made me happy: Spending time with my sons after they came back from their dad’s, the sunshine proving that spring is finally here and enjoying a casual afternoon foraging with Ian.

What challenged me and what I did about it:  This hasn’t been a majorly challenging week! I guess the biggest challenge was getting back into the school routine when I’d really rather be in bed. A feeling which still persists this week! There’s not much I can do about it: stay organised, make time to rest and wait for my body to catch up.

What I’m looking forward to this week: I’m looking forward to planning another Facebook Live series, spending more time with the family and getting some rest.

This week, focus on: find a typical behaviour or trait of yours that has a negative impact on your life: this could be anything! Spend some time thinking about what triggers that behaviour and what you can do about it.

What has made you smile, or challenged you? What are you looking forward to in the next week? Let me know in the comments!
