My favourite tracks for meditation, together in one place.
Meditation is one of the best ways to bring a little calm to your day. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to meditate for a long time either: even meditating for 5 minutes can help you feel more relaxed, centered and ready to take on the day.
Meditation is one of the most beneficial habits we can bring to our day. In the short term it lowers stress and leaves us feeling centered and relaxed. Long term benefits include lower risk of depression, a better immune system, improved emotional wellbeing and reduced blood pressure. With all these benefits from such a simple act of self-love, we would be crazy not to meditate!
That’s not to say it’s always easy to keep at it though: I struggle to find time to meditate. When I get busy, it’s usually one of the first things I drop. Not good, I know. There are a few ways you can find more time to commit to meditation, but that’s another blog post!
One of the easiest ways to keep meditation fresh is to change your environment a little bit: do it in a different place, or listen to some new relaxation tracks. That’s where this post comes in!

I’ve put my current favourite meditation tracks into a playlist for you. Whenever I feel like I need a few minutes to recentre, I pop on some music and close my eyes for a while. These are my favourite tracks so far.
The advantage of having a small playlist with your favourite tracks in is you can listen to it anywhere: you can download it onto your device and listen to it at any time. You can listen to it for a few minutes or all the way through.
